The current cost of a "Class B" membership share is $60,000.00. and there is a limited number of shares available. These shares are purchased by completing the necessary forms found on this web site, and sending them with an investment check to the offices of Black Creek Village Development LLC. Back to top2. What are "Class B" shares?There are two classes of shares of the company. "Class A" shares are held by the founders of Black Creek Village Development LLC. "Class B" shares held by investors who will have real property purchase opportunities associated with this initial release. "Class B" shareholders do not participate in profits or expenses of the company and do not have voting rights. Back to top3. What is the investment value of a "Class B" share then?When the property plat is recorded, each Class "B" share holder may "swap" their certificate evenly for a contract on a home site (lot) in the development. How will the lots be awarded and when?The lots will be awarded "first come first serve" out of an inventory of lots specifically designated for the Class B investors.
